For selected items under 50 USD, we may offer a refund without requiring the product to be returned.
Clear photos or videos are required for approval.
2. Partial Refund (50–100 USD)
For items priced between 50–100 USD, we may offer a partial refund based on the condition of the product.
Photos or videos must be provided.
3. Full Return (Above 100 USD)
Items above 100 USD may require a physical return.
A return label will be issued after manual approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after we review your request and confirm eligibility.
5. Conditions for Refunds
• The product must be in its original condition
• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of issue (photo/video) is required for all refund types
