Refund Policy – ZenovaStore

Refunds are issued only after:
- The returned item is received in Norway
- The item passes inspection
- The return meets all conditions in our Return Policy

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

Shipping fees and the $9.95 USD return fee are non-refundable.
