Return Policy – ZenovaStore
At ZenovaStore, we aim to provide a safe and predictable shopping experience. To ensure a fair and efficient return process, the following rules apply to all returns.
1. Return Address
All returns must be sent to our Norwegian return center:

Returns sent to any other address — including directly to the supplier — will not be processed.
2. Return Window
Returns must be registered through our Return Portal within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns submitted after the deadline are automatically rejected.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All tags and accessories must be included
- No odors, stains, or signs of wear
- Electronics must have unbroken seals
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear, swimwear, hygiene items
- Cosmetics and skincare
- Electronics with broken seals
- Discounted items
- Gift cards
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must upload at least 2 photos (and optionally a video) showing the issue. Returns without documentation will be rejected.
6. Return Fee
All returns are subject to a fixed $9.95 USD return fee. This fee is either deducted from the refund or paid upfront.
7. Return Label
Once approved, a PDF return label will be emailed to the customer. The customer must print and attach it securely.
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued once the item is received, inspected, and approved. Processing time: 3–7 business days.
9. Rejected Returns
Rejected returns will not be refunded and can only be sent back to the customer if shipping is paid.
10. Misuse
ZenovaStore may deny returns in cases of fraud, abuse, or manipulated evidence.
